• All parts of the Kitchen are tested as per the DIN standards. Hardware is carefully designed to meet international standards making it very robust.
• Materials are even tested against textures and materials often found in the kitchen including usual steam generated in the kitchen and masalas like Haldi etc.
• Depending on the size, all drawers and Pull outs can hold weight ranging from 40-80 kgs – which allow a lot of storage of heavy grains and pulses.

The local partner will provide full service back-up as per the Hacker standards and will attend to service calls for the entirety of the kitchen’s life.

We are also fully trained and supported by Hacker Germany to provide after-sales services. For any manufacturing defect, Hacker Germany provides a 5 year warranty. Normally nothing can go wrong once the kitchens is successfully installed and functional. If there is any damage to the moving parts from their normal wear & tear or mis-handling, these are easily replaceable as spares.

The moving parts which are the drawer channels or hinges are tested to go a long way and usually can last through the life of the kitchen. Moreover, the local partner will maintain stock of essential items like drawer channels and hinges for a quick replacement. Though at times there could be a time-delay if very specific replacements have to be ordered from Germany.

Once a design is finalised,we send our site supervisor to check actual measurements of the kitchen before the order is placed to Hacker, Germany. Site is inspected again before arrival of the kitchen to verify compliance of our instructions in relation to wall surface and proper positioning of the plumbing and electrical points to be followed for installation of the kitchen.
