Before you come

Booking, bringing,
getting there.

Book, or walk in
Walk-ins are welcome in opening hours. Book ahead on WhatsApp (+91 93249 18491) or by phone if you want one of the 2 live kitchens set up for a cooking or appliance demonstration, or if you want to be sure a designer is free.
What to bring
The floor plan of the kitchen (the builder’s drawing is ideal), photos of the room as it is, rough measurements if you have them, and a note of the appliances you own or want. Pictures of kitchens you like help the designer read your taste quickly.
Who you will meet
Hitesh on WhatsApp, Ashish Mahajan for the studio. Planning in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.
How long to allow
About an hour for a first visit covers the displays and a first conversation about how you cook. A demonstration adds half an hour.
Getting there
First floor at 55 Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli Naka, above Furniturewalla and near the Four Seasons. Outside peak hours it is 10 to 15 minutes from Lower Parel, 15 to 20 from Bandra via the Sea Link, and 45 to 60 from Andheri.
Obligation
None. The studio plans your kitchen and gives an itemised quote without obligation, and there is no follow-up you did not ask for.
On the floor

What is on the floor.

Systemat and Concept 130 kitchens with real fronts and working hardware: open the drawers, run the pull-outs, compare colours in daylight.

Live kitchens
2 of the 8 displays are plumbed and powered for cooking and appliance demonstrations. Book these in advance so the studio can set them up.
Appliances
Gaggenau, Siemens, Bosch, Miele, Liebherr, Asko and Falmec, shown working on the displays.
Sinks and worktops
Häfele, Blanco, Carysil and Reginox sinks, and a choice of worktops in quartz, sintered stone, solid surface and granite.
Beyond the kitchen
Wardrobes, walk-in dressing rooms, and living and bedroom furniture, so a whole home can be planned in one place.
Hardware
Häcker’s Metro pull-out system with SlimLine drawers and synchronised runners, Tipmatic soft-close and Sensomatic electromechanical opening: all of it working on the floor, so you can try it before you choose.

What to expect

How the first visit runs.

The displays
A walk through the 8 kitchens, opening and running everything, and a look at fronts and worktops in daylight.
How you cook
A conversation about your household, your cooking and what the current kitchen gets wrong; this decides the layout more than the room does.
Your floor plan
The designer tests parallel, L-shaped, U-shaped and island layouts against your plan; in Mumbai apartments, parallel and island are the most asked for.
Afterwards
A measured layout with elevations, revised as often as it needs to be, and an itemised quotation: cabinetry, fronts, hardware, interiors, appliances and worktop shown separately.
If you order
Made to order in Rödinghausen, Germany, and delivered in 16 to 18 weeks; the studio confirms the schedule in writing and installs with teams trained on Häcker systems.
Questions

Visiting the Mumbai showroom,
answered.

Do I need an appointment to visit the Häcker showroom in Mumbai?

No. Walk in Monday to Saturday between 11:00 and 19:00. Book ahead on WhatsApp or by phone if you want a cooking or appliance demonstration on one of the 2 live kitchens, or want to be certain a designer is free for you.

Can I see a kitchen actually working?

Yes. 2 of the 8 displays are live kitchens for cooking and appliance demonstrations, with Gaggenau, Siemens, Bosch, Miele, Liebherr, Asko and Falmec appliances on the floor. Book the demonstration in advance.

What should I bring to the showroom?

Your floor plan or the builder’s drawing, photos of the kitchen as it is, rough measurements, and a note of the appliances you own or want. If you are buying into a new development, the builder’s plan is enough for a first layout.

Where is the showroom and is there parking?

First floor, 55 Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli Naka, above Furniturewalla and near the Four Seasons, Mumbai 400018, with street parking. From Bandra it is 15 to 20 minutes via the Sea Link outside peak hours.

Does the studio also show wardrobes and furniture?

Yes. Alongside the kitchens, the Worli studio shows wardrobes, walk-in dressing rooms, and living and bedroom furniture.

Is the visit free, and what happens afterwards?

The visit and the planning are without obligation. If you want to go further, the studio measures your kitchen, draws a layout with elevations and gives an itemised quotation; there is no follow-up you did not ask for.
